*** By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi, Sound Healing, and Meditation classes involve physical movement, breathwork, and/or relaxation practices that may have inherent risks. I confirm that I am in suitable physical and mental condition to participate and have disclosed any relevant medical concerns, taking full responsibility for my participation. I agree to listen to my body, modify or stop as needed, and follow the guidance provided during the session. I also agree to the cancellation policy, which requires that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class; otherwise, the session will be forfeited and charged in full. Out of respect for the schedule and other students, I understand that latecomers will not be accommodated, and arriving late may result in forfeiting the session.***
